Fried Star of Bethlehem

Preparation:
Boil star of Bethlehem in water for 3 minutes and drain thoroughly. Add in salt and mix evenly. Heat oil in pan. Fry both sides of star of Bethlehem and add eggs on top and allow to cook. If desired, star of Bethlehem can be fried by coating with scrambled egg.
