Knotweed Dinner

Preparation
Heat butter in pan. Add in onion and minced meat or pastrami until lightly cooked. Mix in tomato or pepper paste. Add knotweed and mix. Let cook at low heat for 5 minutes. Add in black pepper, salt, paprika, and fine bulgur with some water. Mix and allow to cook. Serve plain or with yogurt.

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato or pepper paste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
