Roasted Carrion-flower

Preparation
Boil carrion-flower in water for 10 minutes or until it becomes soft. Drain and put in cold water for 30 minutes. Chop carrion-flower and set aside. Heat butter and olive oil in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic. Add chopped carrion-flower, salt, pepper and allow to cook. If desired, eggs can be added over the dish. Keep the pot closed and serve as necessary.

1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chilli pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg (optional)
