Scorzonera Cana Salad

Preparation
Wash the scorzonera cana, chop it, then put it in a large salad bowl. Add chopped tomatoes. Next, peel one lemon, chop it, and add it to the salad. Mix the juice of the remaining lemon with olive oil and salt in a small bowl, toss it into the salad, and serve.
