Sea Beet Soup

Preparation
Finely chop the onions and the sea beets keeping them separate. Sauté the onions in a frying pan with the oil. Add the rice, salt and water and cook over low heat until the rice is tender. Then add the beets and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Beat the milk and flour together in a bowl and pour the mixture into the cooking soup, stirring to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the black and red pepper and serve hot.
