Watercress Salad

Preparation:
To make the dressing, whisk the juice from the one lemon, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the olive oil little by little, whisking all the while.
Wash the water cress and put it in a salad bowl. Add sliced tomato, sliced radishes, and the dressing, then serve.
