Wood Apple Juice

Preparation
Pour the coconut milk in an ice tray and freeze. Once frozen, break the shell of the wood apple and extract the pulpy fruit. Blend the pulp with sugar and water, to taste. Next, either strain the juice, or use a spoon to remove some of the fibrous substances from the juice. Top the juice with coconut cubes and serve chilled.
