Black Byrony with Egg

INGREDIENTS

2 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil

1 large bunch black byrony, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1 wedge lemon

 

Preparation


Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions. Add black byrony and salt. Cover the pan and allow to cook. Add in eggs and allow to cook. Squeeze lemon wedge to taste and serve hot.
