INGREDIENTS

500 grams tumbleweed, minced
250 grams bulgur pilaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted

 

Preparation


Boil tumbleweed in water for 15 minutes or until it becomes soft. Add in pilaf and salt and allow to cook in low heat. Drain water once cooked. Add in butter and serve hot.
